of its existence, namely:

2. To  make,  sign,  execute,  and  receive  documents  from  third  persons, 
concerns and/or government entities and agencies, upon such terms and 
conditions acceptable to our said Attorney-in-fact.

powers and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary 
to  carry  into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes
