Summary
Through visual demonstration and video, students will learn about daily routines drawing on their knowledge
of adverbs related to that topic, such as always, usually, rarely, sometimes, never, etc. For example, they will
form sentences like ‘’I always wake up early.’’. After that, they will practice their knowledge by reading and
writing about daily routines.

Writing a paragraph about their daily routines using the adverbs they learned in the lesson.
Measurement & Assessment Activities for Students are expected to write about their daily routines
Individual Performance using at least three frequency adverbs.

Explanation
The teacher will evaluate their writing. Then, students will have a group discussion about their favorite TV
shows, series, etc.
Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan
In the first lesson, the new unit named Television will be introduced by an informative video made via
Powtoon. The visual material will also be shown, which was made via Piktochart. After the teacher introduces
the topic and vocabulary (adverbs of frequency, terms related to the unit), the students will write about their
daily routines using related terms and vocabulary. If there is a technical problem while showing the video or
the brochure, the teacher will draw on the board to explain adverbs of frequency.
