own campaigns, complete control will be with you.

What happens, If someone replies to the messages?


Ans: Since this is one-way messages you would not be able to track the responses
but you can always add call-to action button’s (eg: Mobile Number, WhatsApp
Numbers, facebook page link etc.) in every message to get the direct enquiries,
like how you do in a SMS Marketing.
What type of messages, Can I send?
Ans: You can send Image, Only Text, Image + Caption.

How many messages can I send everyday?

What are the campaign timing's?


Ans: Campaign Timings are 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. Sunday Server's are
closed.

What are the minimum messages that I can send per campaign?
Ans: You can setup a campaign on minimum 5000 Numbers.

Will I get a Refund for failed messages?


Ans: Yes, You will be charged only for delivered messages. For failed messages
refund will be processed. To receive refund, delivery report needs to be requested
only then system generates refund.

What is Call to Action (CTA)? Can I give a Call to Action with url's?
Ans: It means what action you want your customer should take like; if you want them
to call you, you can add your contact info, if you want them to chat with you, you can
add your chat-link likewise you can add website url's, email ids, social media links
and more.

How many CTA buttons can I have Per Message?


Ans: You can add a maximum of 2 Buttons Per Campaign. It can be either be 2 urls or
2 contact number or either 1.
Can I send PDF or any other files?
Ans: If you would like to send any type of files,
Kindly mention that file path in one the CTA Buttons.

What is the Message Pack validity?


Ans: Message Pack is Valid for 6 Months.

What are the Payment Terms?


Ans: It's a Prepaid Recharge.

How many credits will be charged for Video Message?


Ans: 2 Credits Per Video Message (Video Size less than 2 MB’s)
