3. Ingredients / Needs: Potatoes,

Powder Flavor: Cheese, Sour and Cream Barbecue,

Salt, Egg, Flour, Ketchup, Mayonnaise,

Equipment/Packaging: Electrical stove, Deep - fryer or Large saucepan, Spatula, Strainer,

Paper cups, Barbecue sticks, Toothpick, Paper Towels

Personal: Plastic gloves, Apron, Hairnet

4. Procedure: Soak potatoes in a large bowl of water for about 30 mins. Pat dry thoroughly
with paper towels.

Heat oil in a deep - fryer or large saucepan to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Gently add the
potatoes in the hot oil for about 5 mins, stirring and flipping the potatoes occasionally. Remove
potatoes from oil with a slotted spoon to drain on paper towel and to cool completely. Sprinkle
with flavored powders to serve.

8. Promos: Every students has a chance to grab a piece of paper inside a mystery box wherein
 they can have free temporary tattoos, candies, chocolates, or none. The first 10 students may
grab a paper twice as our surprise promo. It is a surprise promo because it may be twice a day,
thrice a day, thrice a week or no promo for a day.
