This section describes the form of the business organization, the liability of the owner,
the organizational structure, the role of the owner, and the proposed salary.
The founder of the business Bitebudz, are personally responsible for company liabilities,
the debts and the responsible in all expenses in starting up of the company. The shareholders are
the funders to startup the Bitebudz Company until it grow funds that need to open the company
to new opportunities and let Bitebudz business goals materialize and make profits itself.
Organizational Structure
The company has a few levels of management, in which they all manage the business. Bitebudz
Company has a flat organizational structure due to their small size business and no need for
hierarchal administration. Since the company lacks middle management, it is possible that
streamlining the leadership-staff relationship will have no impact on business productivity.
Owners are assigned to positions based on their specialization. The idea is that well-trained
employees will be more productive if they are more directly involved in decision making rather
than closely supervised by multiple layers of management.

BiteBudz Company consists of 11 owners, with different duties and obligations. These
positions will serve as good and progressive to the business. In regards, this serves as guide to
focus on their responsibilities in order to have a balance and organize organization as part of the
company’s success.
Proposed Salary
The proposed salary of BiteBudz Company on a daily basis would be Php.315 in which it
is on a minimum wages . The table below shows the possible amount of salary in a day, week,
month, and in a whole year. And the company will surely increase the salary rate in a long run ,
and when the company succeed and grow.
This section presents the production schedule, production process, equipment required,
sources of materials, and estimated production cost.
Production Schedule
Production Process
The production process below is intended for a weekly production.. Preservatives or any
other additives that contribute to unsafe goods and unhealthy things are never introduced to the
manufacturing method. The manufacturing process is stable and complies with customer
expectations.
INGREDIENTS PROCESS
4 kls. Peanut 1. Grind the peanut together with the brown
sugar.
1 kl. Brown Sugar 2. Put the grind mixtures of peanut and sugar
in a pan, stir well until thickened ,set aside and
wait to cool down
2 packs of Chocolate Chips 3. Prepare the lumpia wrapper, cut it into two.
3 packs of , Lumpia Wrapper 4. Wrap the peanut, put the chocolate chips
inside that will serve as a filing.
2 kls. Cooking Oil 5. Deep fry in pan with boiling oil until golden
brown.
Plastic Pouch 6. After it cool down, the final output would be
pack in plastic pouch.
Equipment Required
The list that indicated in the table below is the required equipment of the business. This
equipment is needed in making the product.
Sources of Materials
Raw materials and manufacturing supplies should come from reputable suppliers. The
obvious explanation for the location of the Surigao Public Market is its proximity to raw material
sources. This implies that the raw material should be available within a reasonable distance.
Bitebudz company shall pay all delivery costs and charges, unless seller's standard shipping
charges plus handling are paid. Partial deliveries are allowed. Seller may deliver products ahead
of the scheduled delivery date. Delivery times are estimates and are dependent on seller
receiving all information required to complete the work without interruption. If the products
delivered differ in quantity, type, or price from those listed on the shipping invoice or
documentation, the buyer must notify seller within ten (10) days of receipt.
The estimated production cost : raw materials is Php.1,410 and fixed asset or the
equipment needed for production is Php.5,108 the total of Php. 6,518.
OPERATIONAL PLAN
This section presents the evaluation of suppliers, purchase procedures, storage and
inventory control, and sales procedures.
Evaluation of suppliers
Purchase Procedures
The company will be paying by Cash, considering that the company purchase the
ingredients in Surigao Public Markets and/or nearby municipalities like Sison, Taganaan, Tubod,
and Mainit. For a safe transaction of the business, the company will assign personnel of
Bitebudz company to meet the suppliers personally and make a contract with legal terms. The
purchase of supplies will be scheduled upon the contract made which is once a week. The
supplies will be purchased good for the company production.
The storage must be taken care of by hired employee to maintain the cleanliness and free
from harm. Before and after the delivery of supplies it must check the quality, the quantity and
the expiration date must be considered. In storing and inventory first in first out, Last in first out
and Economic order quantity of the product also must considered.
Sales Procedures
To promote and sell our products, we will use a variety of marketing and sales strategies. These
include:
BideBudz Company will use targeted online advertising and social media campaigns
such as Facebook, Instagram , and Tiktok to reach potential customers and promote the products.
The company will ensure to maintain a strong online presence in order to give customers the
information about the products and place orders.
1.2 In-store sales: The company will operate a food stall where customers can purchase the
products in person.
1.3 Direct mail marketing : the company will also spend time and effort to give flyers, letters,
and catalogs to reach potential customers that live in no signal places. The sales process will
involve the following steps:
Identifying potential customers: The company will use a combination of online marketing and
direct sales efforts to identify potential customers.
Presenting products and services: Once potential customers are identified, the company will
present them the information about the products and services, including product descriptions, and
pricing.
Closing the sale: If the potential customer is interested in purchasing our products, the
company will give them the best services that BiteBudz company can offer to deliver the
product.
Once an order has been placed, the company will fulfill it by preparing and delivering the
products with double check to avert damages of the product . The company will also track and
analyze sales data to continually improve sales efforts and ensure that the company are meeting
the needs and preferences of the customers.
