Proposed Product

Vision

Our vision is to produce and sell locally sourced mango sticky rice that are so delicious and
nutritious that will make our customer to come back for more.

Mission

Our mission is to make our customer happy with our mango sticky rice aside from

being delicious they are also nutritious and will surely satisfy their stomach and we

will want to have a branch once our product has grown.

Introduction

Background

Sticky rice, also called sweet rice and glutinous rice, is used throughout Asia. This

round-grained rice is immediately recognizable by its sticky, gluelike texture when cooked. It is

the total or near absence of the starch amylose that makes sticky rice so sticky. Offered in long-

grain and short-grain varieties, sticky rice is used in both sweet and savory Chinese dishes and is
most often steamed. Sticky Rice is more expensive than regular white rice, about double the

price.

Ideas

We came up with this idea because we notice it's not known by everyone yet,

so our plan is to introduce this Thai food and let customer discover the delicious taste

and make our own mango ube sticky rice.

The health benefits of sticky rice may include its ability to regulate diabetes, prevent

chronic diseases, reduce inflammation, and optimize digestion, among others. May help prevent

Chronic Diseas selenium and various other vitamins and minerals in sticky rice may help take on

oxidative stress in the body. May help Cure Imflammation The copper, zinc, and B vitamins in

this form of rice are known to potentially boost the strength of the immune system, which may

help reduce unnecessary inflammation and reduce strain on your system. May Improve Heart

Health with no fat or cholesterol to speak of, this variety of rice may even be a wise choice for

those with heart conditions, high blood presure, or those struggling with their weight.

• We will promote our business by creating Facebook page or Facebook group, Tagged

Friends in Facebook, or in Buy and Sell group.

• Sticky Rice will be found in Little Vigan Gapan City, Nueva Ecija. We choose this place

because it has many tourist so that our product can catch their attention.

• We will sell it base on how much it cost us. If wholesale they will have it for cheaper
price but if it’s reseller they will have half of the discount that the whosesale have.

Description of Production

Details

Mango Ube Sticky rice is a dish made with long grain Thai rice, which is cooked until glutenous
and sticky and is often infused with aromatics. It works well with Thai red curries, green curries,
stir-fry recipes and even as part of a sweet dish with coconut milk like our sticky rice & mango
and condensed (ube) for the sauce.

Target Market

Our target market are consumers that is 18 months old and above because they can eat it safely
without having troubles. Although babies around 6 months old can eat sticky rice and mango we
will still recommend it for 18 months old to prevent any bad circumstances for the babies.
Market Issues and Trend

Situation Analysis

The current state in the market for the materials has not yet increased but many small businesses
for people like us use this kind of product to start their own business. Yes, but the other countries
like Thailand because that’s it where started, and also some of our countries it’s easy to make
this.
Sometimes, beacause it depends on the quality that the competition has. Some product of the
competitors that we have seen in the reviews get damage easily because of the poor quality.
Yes, due to the increased public health awareness, the demand for glutinous rice is increasing as
it contains low fat and a large amount of nutrients. Glutinous rice is also a big source of minerals
and vitamins, which makes it popular, thus, driving the market growth. Key Industry Players in
the Global Glutinous Rice Market. Nothing because the production of our product is food.

Basic SWOT Analysis

S- Strength

Our product can reach a broad range of target market except for toddlers for about 18
months below because our product is about food. We will also put competetive price to attract
customers to buy our product.

W- Weaknesses

Our business may not be recognized by consumer at first for the lack of brand effect and
, it will be difficult to receive large number of consumers because of limited space and few
service personel or to produce at a certain time thats why we will let them order first before
producing it.

O-Opportunities

Our mango ube sticky rice is freshly made for our dearest customers so we can attract
more consumers to gradually increase our popularity. Little direct competition around the area of
our business. We can advertise our product with the use of our product.

T- Threats

Impacts of the governments politics on food industry production that can limit our
product production such as for glutinous rice or mango while risk from suppliers of raw
ingredients can also be a threat for our product as well a competitors with the same existing
product who have experience in managing and advertising the product.

The estimated sales target is P5000 with the launch of our product in one day this is the
equivalent of 50 Sticky Mango Rice pcs.
The 65% of the total sales will be our profit (Php4000) .

Coconut is 2 packs, the white sugar is 1 kilo and also the mango 1 kilo every tub has one half of
mango, 1 ube condesed some sesame seeds and cornstarch.
Sticky Mango Rice will be sell for Php120. 00 per piece.

For continuous business, intense analysis and some documents or papers are needed for
promotion
