Reporting Staff: Helper

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1) Picking up BOM 9) Install of LY
2) Impeller Trimming Standardizing, etc.
Final Inspection 10) Assembly ( GSS, SAL )
3) 11) Disassembly of Pump
4) Static Balance 12) Electric Wiring of Testing
5) Buff Polishing Grinding 13) Checking of Testing
6) Coupling 14) Clearance Adjustment of the Impeller
7) Piping 15) Understanding of Instruction Documents
8) Painting of Testing

Qualification
1) Graduate of Vocational Course.
2) Having experience of pump manufacturing or training.
3) Having experience and knowledge of various inspections, assembly,performance
test and painting.
4) Being able to understand design drawings and related documents.
5) Having the experience of using various instruments.
6) Having the experience of using forklift, cutting machine and else.
