Task 1. Reading. Read the text about four kids and how they look.

My friends are from all over the world!

Natasha is from Russia. She is 11 years old. She has short brown
hair and brown eyes. She likes to cook and read.

John is 10 years old. He lives in the UK. His hair is short and fair,
and his eyes are blue. His hobby is football. John is very funny!

Fernando is a Mexican. He’s 11 years old. His hair is brown and


curly, his eyes are green. He listens to music every day. He likes
pop music.

Aruzhan is a Kazakh. She’s from Almaty. She’s 11 years old with


straight black hair and brown eyes. Her favourite hobby is roller -
skating.

Read the text again and identify who does each activity. Write the Learners’
