Q1. How do you think Blackbuck identified business gap as an opportunity?
Ans . Blackbuck began in 2015 as a cargo coordinating organization that coordinated drivers
with transporters. Shipping is the foundation of the Indian business, guaranteeing the
conveyance of more than 60% of the delivered products in the country. This empowered
drivers to determine their center issue - dead limit, thus assisting transporters with taking care
of their center issue - delivering cost. Utilizing this two dimensional methodology, Blackbuck
has had the option to Deal with a ton of issues
Blackbuck observed that the ecosystem's difficulties are caused by bottlenecks in the supply
network. They could have done for the entire country what they accomplished for a big
company like ITC on a smaller scale. The call came from there. On just this, they focused
their efforts and created a successful revenue-generating company. They started in 2015, and
seven years later, the business has multiplied. They were the first on the market to spot the
opening and start working on the answer. The company and its founders have provided a
highly effective and suitable solution.
