Webflow forms integration with different tools

Hubspot Forms:

Pros:

● Direct connection of Hubspot forms and Webflow forms in project settings (No
middleware tool required)
● No CSS is required for form embed
● Connect your Webflow and HubSpot accounts to one another via a simple OAuth
connection.
● Direct syncing of data from Webflow forms to Hubspot forms
● Webflow forms integrate with Hubspot features Marketing (contact management, forms,
lists) and Sales (contact management)
● Custom formatting of forms to integrate with Hubspot
● Marketing automation features like email domain validation (this weeds out invalid emails
submitted on forms by checking MX records and protects domain reputation)

Cons:

● Form name and fields in both Hubspot form and Webflow form must always match,
otherwise, the data won’t sync properly.
● Data collection issues (Installing Hubspot tracking code into all pages of your Webflow
site provides site analytics data for your Hubspot portal, which puts all leads in the same
template for all sorts of forms i.e. contact form, subscription form, etc)

Hubspot forms vs Typeform

● Hubspot forms trend increased (1.39%) as compared to decreased (0.42%) trend of

Typeform
● Service based businesses are using Hubspot forms over Type form (2:1)
● US and UK based businesses prefer Hubspot forms over Typeforms (preffered in
Germany)
● Only Hubspot forms offer salesforce automation.
● Hubspot forms offer better customer service & support over Typeform as per reviews
● Typeform offer surveys option however Hubspot forms lack this feature.
● Hubspot forms is rated better over typeforms for mobile friendliness
● Typeform has more customization options (but customization interface is very confusing
which is not the case with Hubspot forms)
● Companies tracking the analytics prefer Hubspot forms over typeform for its usability

Note: For these services, I was unable to find any issue except some technical issues becuase
of human errors. Webflow also offers complete integration with facebook pixels and other
marketing related tools.
