PLANNING =

Definition:

Planning is the fundamental management function, which involves deciding beforehand, what

is to be done, when is it to be done, how it is to be done and who is going to do it. It is
an intellectual process which lays down an organisation’s objectives and develops
various courses of action, by which the organisation can achieve those objectives. It chalks
out exactly, how to attain a specific goal.

MY PLANNING=

I Have planned about my brother wedding about the guest coming .so first I planned About the
number of guest and get a grip on approximate number of guest  you'll invite before settling on
a venue. Then we will discuss about the date and day of which is best for wedding and then planned
about weather if it summer then we will arranged fans. It that it was winter so we planned a HALL For it.
Then we have planned about the credit how to give the menu of food to guest.then I planned about a
weeding photographer for men to take photos of dulha.then we planned about meal so we arranged 10
seated table for meal if 500 guest come so we will arranged 50 tables at last we planned about the
invitation card design and the dates fix for wedding.

O RGANINSING=

Organizing or organising is the establishment of effective authority relationships among

selected work, persons and work places in order for the group to work together efficiently. Or
the process of dividing work into sections and departments

MY ORGANINSING=

First I organized the decoration of car with flower for baraat for dulha and decorated the bedroom for
dulhan with flowers and lights. and at 2 nd day I organized halls that we have arranged for weeding and
then I organized and divide the hall in two portion one for seating of women’s and for men’s and then I
organized a photographer for taking picture and videos for guest I organized the meal for the guest that
how the way to serve it.so we organized waiters for giving a meal to the guest.
LEADING=

Leading involves the social and informal sources of influence that you use to inspire action
taken by others. If managers are effective leaders, their subordinates will be enthusiastic about
exerting effort to attain organizational objectives

MY LEADING=.

AT First wedding day of baraat I was leading about the photographer and photoshot of my brother
(dulha) and guest that comes in baraat then I leaded about raat time weeding meal and it 2 nd day of
weeding I was the leader of the meals for womens portion because waiters are not allowed womens
portion so we boys are the leader to serve it.

CONTROLLING=

Controlling is the measurement and correction of performance in order to make sure that
enterprise objectives and the plans devised to attain them are accomplished.

THE CONTROLLING Policy at weeding about that wedding decortion would be important to be really
fouos on it at the main day of weeding also need planned and control work.weeding asecption also
