▪ All Guests are requested to produce the Government Approved photo identity card and Valid
Passport and Visa for Foreign Nationals upon arrival.

Early Arrival and Late Departure:

▪ You should arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach
the Hotel Guest Services desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available.
▪ If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation a day before prior to
your arrival.
▪ Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.
Please check with the Hotel Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on the
availability of late check-out.
▪ A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12 pm to 6 pm and a full-
day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6 pm.

Payment / Guarantee Method:

▪ Cancellation or amendments to your reservation must be made 72 hours prior to your arrival
date.
▪ Please contact our Hotel Reservations team on 061-456669 by 2 pm on the day of arrival, to
avoid a cancellation fee.
▪ Guests are requested to settle their bills directly while checking out. We do not accept personal
checks and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate & agency accounts that have a
credit facility with the hotel.
Accepted Method of Payment:
▪ The payment for staying and services at the Hotel is made in cash, by bank transfer (IPS), IPS
Payment, FonePay & Credit Card.
▪ If you wish to settle your account with a credit card you will be required to present the card at
check-in where a pre-authorization for the total cost of accommodation plus a security deposit
will be processed.
