Situation 1:

Chris is working in a food establishment; he was assigned in the


kitchen to wash the soiled dishes. His work shift is almost over, but he still
had a lot of utensils to wash. Chris wanted to go home early, so he hastened
his work. Little did he know, stains in the utensils were not removed. The
next day, the utensils he washed was used by the costumer.

were a little dull, so she has sharpened it. However, it was too sharp as she
seemed to be. Though the observation, she continued her tasks because of
