Climate change

Climate change is a term that we have been hearing a lot recently and we all
know what it means, but in this essay I am going to talk about details, to put it in
other way I am going to talk about things like how can we prevent it and what it’s
caused by.

The information most of the people have about the climate change is that
because of the greenhouse gases global warming is coming and it is starting to
melt our polar ice caps so basically they know that something big is coming, but
most of them do not want to take actions, moreover climate change is something
that has been coming for a long time and it is 100% humans fault, furthermore
there are many factors that had an influence on climate change like: industrial
revolution, overpopulation and basically exponential growth of fossil fuel use and
the worst thing is that all those factors are interconnected together.

As I said in the previous paragraph all those factors mentioned are interconnected
and in this paragraph I am going to explain why. The exponential rise of
population causes the need of more product, more factories. Take meet
industries, as the number of population has raised therefore there is need of
more meet and that’s what the factories are for, they fulfill the need of product
but for a price, those factories use fossil fuels, lots of fossil fuels and not to
mention 70% of antibiotics produced in USA are used on farm animals.

Since 2002 carbon emissions have been raising and if this does not change our
carbon budget is going to be used up in 8 years and it is the high time we tackled
this problem, in fact there are many ways that we can tackle climate change,
predominantly we need to reduce our carbon footprint, it takes sacrifice but its us
who caused climate change and we have to be the ones to take precautions and
prevent it not to mention that Elon Musk and his company has already released
many reliable electric cars with solar energy panels, secondly we need reusable
source of energy and I think that solar energy is the one that we could use, other
way to tackle this problem is to recycle, use less plastic and go zero-effect. I know
it is lot but as I said it is high time we tackled this problem because this summer in
2019 was the hottest not to mention that more than 20% of amazon rainforest is
gone and we are losing the lungs of our planet every day. Recently there has been
a campaign to plant 20 million trees and I 100% support it because we need to
take action and we need to do it now.

In 2019 people started to see the bigger picture and for this I really want to thank
16 year old climate activist Greta Thunberg, I really appreciate what she has been
doing for last two years, even though many people say that climate activists are
all about politics, I disagree and think that there is no left or right, in other words
it’s neither about democrats or conservatives, this time it is about preserving our
home planet earth.

The previous generations were the ones who are to blame for climate change and
our generation is going to be the one to fix this problem, there are many
movements and people who are trying to make difference think, Elon Musk, Greta
Thunberg and many others and this means that we all need to forget about wars
and politics. The only way we are going to overcome climate change is together,
we all need to unite and fight for our planet.

To sum up, climate change is coming and it is going to come soon to prevent it we
all need to make sacrifices, unite and do it together.
