As years stretch into folds, PERA MPC Tagum Cluster consistently holds magnanimous

services to uplift its members through united efforts in sustaining the mission of the
cooperative: to celebrate life and to give fulfillment to the give and take procedures of
financial cycles.
For PERA MPC, each member is considered precious and instantly becomes a family. A
simple gesture like the annual year-end get-together that transpires every December is a
day that everyone looks forward to attending. Last December 19, 2022, PERA MPC Tagum
Cluster dispensed its Members’ Day cum Anniversary Celebration, participated by the
members and staff of the eight offices across Davao del Norte, Oriental, and de Oro
provinces.
It was indeed an opportunity to show gratitude to the members for the trust and
confidence they have bestowed to PERA MPC through time and not failing to give a positive
feedback to the services they get. Part of the occasion featured updates from each office on
PERA MPC's development and accomplishments, as well as some touching remarks from
the president, and some of the Board of Directors.
Sumptuous foods were served highlighted by the raffle draws with heart melting prizes at
stake and were generously awarded to the lucky winners. Many had gone home bringing
kitchen appliances, groceries, rice sacks, and other giveaways. After the event, the
attendees gave great feedback and expressed their appreciation to PERA MPC and for being
members and part of the event.
On the one hand, LIVING OUT THE VISION of PERA MPC: to continuously play a significant
role in increasing assistance to its most beloved pensioners, the cooperative also took the
initiative to reach out to the community by giving donations to numerous public schools
situated in its feeder neighbourhoods. To name a few from some, PERA MPC extended its
kindness to six (6) different schools, including Pandapan Integrated School, Katucian
Elementary School, Central Baugan Integrated School, Tiburcia Elementary School, C.M.
Recto Elementary School, and Gabi National High School during the Brigada Eskwela
wherein each school received various items such as school supplies, paint, and other
hygiene or health essentials that would benefit the students, the teachers and the schools.
In addition, the cooperative conducted community services to the less fortunate students
spearheaded by MCCDC Nabunturan and Mati City of which said beneficiaries of the feeding
program received school supplies and other materials that are usable in their studies. The
smiles painted in their faces were enough reasons for the cooperative to continue its
mission to go on with its remarkable thrusts that will imbibe over pouring blessings of
praises and appreciations from the worthy recipients.
“Even though it was just a small act of kindness, it is already a huge joy for us to be able to
realize our vision of being responsive to the needs of our community. We intend to carry on
being a blessing to everyone.” – PERA MPC TAGUM CLUSTER
