Quality Inspector’s Comments

1. Scratches and damages were identified on some cross bar railings and these were either manufacturing defects or sustained
during transit.
2. All handrail poles,hand-holds and handrail cross bars were fitted to correct dimensional requirements.
3. Some traces of silicon were observed on the rails and therefore the need to clean them off.
4. Team improvement especially as far as quality defects observed as a result of human errors reduced as compared to those on first
bus.
