1. Rationale

Graduation is one of the most memorable events in a student’s life. This marks the
achievement of each learner and credits the success of students who are able to finish a level of
their learning process. It is also a time of payback for all the hard works and also to celebrate
one’s success. It is also a moment that is often remembered by students for the rest of their lives.
Thus, this is an opportune time for HADFAFI to plant a seed that would be forever remembered
by the sponsored children.

Last March 2014, HADFAFI conducted its first graduation ceremony to all graduating
sponsored children aiming to acknowledge and appreciate the sponsored children who have
successfully finished a level of their education. The activity was successful hence it provides
motivation and encouragement to its sponsored children.

This year, there are 128 elementary sponsored children with 54 males and 72 females and
123 high school sponsored children with 59 males and 64 females. These sponsored children are
coming from the different areas covered by HADFAFI in Capas, Tarlac site. Hence, on March 21,
2015 HADFAFI will be conducting its second graduation ceremony to continuously motivate and
encourage the sponsored children to strive harder and value education.

2. Objectives of the activity:

2.1. To give recognition to the graduating sponsored children of Programme Margarita for their
successful completion of elementary/high school;
2.2. To provide an opportunity for the SCs to express their appreciation to their respective
sponsors;
2.3. To raise the awareness of sponsored children on the importance of education; and
2.4. To take advantage of an opportunity to deepen the spirituality of the sponsored children by
teaching them the practice of praying to their respective archangels.

3. Description of the Activity:

The Graduation Ceremony will be on March 21, 2015 at BS Farmhouse, Kulikik, Sta.
Juliana, Capas, Tarlac. The participants are the graduating elementary and high school sponsored
