Greetings in the matchless name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Villasis Assembly of God would like to ask for your permission to allow us to conduct
Vacation Bible School (VBS) classes in your community on *date*, catering to children
ages *edad to edad*.

As much as we are aware of the limitations on gatherings set forth by the Inter-Agency
Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases and the National Task Force Against
COVID-19, we also strongly believe that the mental, social, and spiritual welfare of our
children must be prioritized.

As such, with your permission, we would like to conduct such VBS classes in strict
accordance to minimum public health standards set forth by the Department of Health,
to secure the safety and health of the children. Said program shall be held in a well-
ventilated area, observing the prescribed standard for physical distancing, as well as
providing for efficient means of disinfection and temperature check among learners and
teaching staff.

Thank you for understanding the importance of keeping the mental, social, and spiritual
welfare of the children residing in your barangay. We anticipate your favorable
