Madam:

Good Day!

This pertains to the ongoing Covid-19 vaccination campaign in South Cotabato. Many
areas have been vaccinated against this virus, which affects the lives of many
individuals. I understand that our school is concerned about the health of all of its
students as well as its learnings.

In this regard, I sincerely express my desire not to be vaccinated due to my religious

belief (Spiritual Belief) that GOD has mandated. El Bethel Church House of the Living
God is the name of the church that I attend. GOD speaks through His Holy Spirit that we
must obey. As a Christian believer, I am very faithful and obedient to the voice of the
Holy Spirit. Our Church stand strongly for “NO VACCINE”, it is because we stand that
God is healer and a keeper of His temple.

We are hoping that this institutions will respect and understand our stand concerning
vaccination.
