Aurora are within their property described under Title Numbers TCT-051-
2018001892, for information and appropriate action of the Sangguniang

2. Letter dated 21 September 2021 of the Honorable Gerardo A. Noveras, Provincial

Governor requesting for the passage of a resolution authorizing him to sign and enter
into a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a lot with the a total area of Five
Thousand Square Meters (5,000 sq.m.) located in Sitio Malamig, Barangay Umiray,
Dingalan in the amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos
(PhP1,500,000.00) in favorable consideration of the request of the Sangguniang
Barangay of Umiray for land acquisition of the proposed site for evacuation in times
of disaster, for review and appropriate action of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND ACTIVITIES AMOUNTING TO TWENTY-
SEVEN MILLION PESOS (PHP 27,000,000.00) IN THE CY 2020-2022
PROVINCIAL DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT PROGRAM (PDIP), CY 2021
AND CY 2022 ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (AIP) OF THE PROVINCE
TO BE KNOWN AS ADDENDUM NUMBER 013, SERIES OF 2021, for review of
