Examples of habits and behaviors I would want to change in my extended family are their habit of
quickly judging someone and their being stone-hearted individuals. One instance is that even though
they had everything, they don’t feel gratitude towards another family member who raised them. They
are somewhat entitled because they are rich now, and a simple greeting from them is nearly impossible.
Some of them are quick to judge and disown a family member who doesn’t meet their standards. They
instantly resent you and make you the villain in almost everything. And their sense of entitlement, which
is that they should be the ones to make decisions and do all the talking,

There is a need to change because if this keeps up, the family would break apart and a strong
relationship with them would be impossible.

They need to change their habits and behaviors. They should learn to keep a humble heart and an open
mind.

They should be encouraged to change their attitude in order to build a strong foundation in the family.

I would encourage every member to not tolerate their ways, and we would gladly allow them to have
time for improvement.

They are free to question what is wrong with their attitude, and we are free to talk about the matter
without judgement or hatred.

Change
We will discuss the matter with an open mind and a humble heart. Everyone is expected to listen to
every statement they have to say about their side.

We encourage you to refrain from any violence and quarrel. Each would have their statements, and
after everyone is done, that would lead others to have their opinions about each.

The forum will not end unless there is understanding among all members. Everyone should know how to
reflect on their mistakes and shortcomings.

Everyone should be evaluated based on how important good communication and understanding are to
the family.
