Kindly we need a quotation for below:
Project Overview:
Temperature control in 8 tanks and to be added to the existing SCADA system.
Process Function Description:
1-After filling the specific tank (X) with product at certain level (it will be in the recipe, minimum level to start the process).

2- The recipe can be selected but it will run after the tank reaches to the minimum level selected in the recipe,

3- The digital output will be ignited to open the valves for cooling (it will be selection of which section of heat exchanger).

4- After safety delay the pump will run (the digital output will be ignited for pump).

5- After specific time (specified in the recipe) the agitator will run.

6- Digital out will be ignited for agitator.

7- All the above process will run till reach the specific temperature (specified on the recipe).

8- The above process will be end when the temperature reaches.

End process sequence:-

1- The digital out of the agitator will be off.

2- After delay time the digital output of the pump will be stopped.

3- After safety delay time the digital output of valves will be stopped.

Option:

Will be end process button to start the end process sequence regardless the temperature.

- Safety for pump dry run (flow switch in front of the pump).

Scope of delivery and installations:

 
1- All panels will be stainless steel panel IP55. ( Control Panel & Pneumatic Panel )
2- Air hoses.
3- Control cables 3*1 shielded.
4- Solenoid valves to be [FESTO or Hafner].
5- The PLC  1214C
* Already we have temperature transmitters for the tanks.
