Answer the following questions.

1. Do you find using or having a rubric/scoring guide useful when you check learners’
learning outputs? Why?

Yes, rubrics give students useful information about whether a certain learning outcome has
been met. It gives students specific feedback that identifies their strengths and opportunities for
development. This feedback can be used by students as a tool to improve their skills.

2. List down the advantages of having rubrics in checking learners’ outputs.

a. It make the scoring more convenient and faster.


b. It helps clarify goals.
c. It makes the scoring accurate and unbiased.
d. It helps facilitating evaluation standard.
e. Improve attainment and achievements.

3. In your experience of assisting your CT in checking learners’ outputs, what problems


did you come across in correcting learners’ outputs?

In my case, some students can't express their thoughts and ideas very well due to the

language. Some students are not very good in their grammar. Some students, submits their

output beyond the deadline.

4. As you record the assessment results of the students, what are some of the critical
issues of accountability in recording that have you experienced?

Some students got low mark because their wok can't meett criteria.
