GEN. REQUIREMENTS
1 Conduct visual inspection of the exposed structural elements.
Conduct measurements of exposed structural elements based on the as-built

plans provided
Wherever possible, we shall determine the existing reinforcing bars

with the use of our Rebar locator based on the As-built Provided
When discovery of any structural manifestations such as cracks,
deflections or other defects, we shall note them down in the form of
4 sketches indicating the type and magnitude of such defects. We will
take pictures of such observations and provide rectification recommendations
and action plans.
To perform gravity load as well as lateral load analysis and

investigate the stresses based on applicable code requirements
To provide Findings, observation, Recommendation Report and Structural

Stability Certificate upon completion of analysis
