The
place is Forest Gold Compound, Diamond Street,
Bakakeng Sur, in Baguio City. I have chosen this
place because it is spacious to perform
backpacking activities wherein people can move
freely and avoid crowded places. Likewise, it is
near the mountains; thus, it is suitable for
mountaineering activities.

PHYSICAL WELLNESS
_Mountainering or Backpacking activity can strengthen our back, abdominal and leg muscles.
Likewise, it improves our stamina and good for our heart. Some people performs wall
climbing as their alternate of going to the gym because in this kind activity, it helps us burn
more calories. Thus, obstacle courses /wall climbing is also a type of workout or hobby that
helps us manage our height, weight, and mental health including our physical self. On the other
hand, mind map reading helps us to have critical thinking skills and make better decisions.

EMOTIONAL WELLNESS
Helps us ease our anxiety and depression for the other people because it helps us engage with
environment wherein it helps us breathe and concentrate properly. Moreover, obstacle courses/
wall climbing and map reading helps us to focus on what matters. On the other hand, it helps us
develop self-reliance._

INTELLECTUAL WELLNESS
It help us concentrate and not to worry on unnecessary things on your mind. Obstacle courses,
wall climbing and map reading actually exercises our brain because it boosts blood flow to your
brain. Lastly, it make us more confident, more perceptive.

SOCIAL WELLNESS
Helps us to build new relationship and friendships. Obstacle courses, wall climbing and map
reading also contributes ton our social life because of the engaging activities and you will learn on
how you speak for yourself when asking for help while doing the activities.

SPIRITUAL WELLNESS
It develops patience and spirituality have been linked. Climbing teaches individuals wanting to
adopt the lifestyle patiently. It is beneficial to our spiritual wellness. It can test our patience and the
encouragement of the other climbers. Furthermore, it humbles us because of the climbing routes.
