Conditionals review

Zero, First, Second, and Third Conditional


Let’s review Zero Conditional and practice:
We use the Zero Conditional to talk about results that are certain if the condition
takes or doesn’t take place / happen.
IF VERB IN PRESENT SIMPLE, PRESENT SIMPLE
The structure is:
Condition Result

Example: If you freeze water, it turns into ice.

The use of First Conditional
This Grammar structure is used when we talk about future situations we believe are real or
possible.

The use of Second Conditional
This Grammar structure is used to talk about events or actions that are unrealistic, or will
probably not come true.

The use of Third Conditional

possible result they would have had.
