I am a student researcher of the University of Southern Mindanao who is currently conducting

my undergraduate thesis which is a final requirement in my bachelor’s degree in Criminology.
With the hope of completing my study, I am writing this letter to indicate my humble request
to allow me to start the conduct my study at your office. The title of my research is Influence of
Perceived Organizational Politics to Quality of Work Life of the Uniformed Personnel of the
Philippine National Police (PNP) in the Selected Municipalities in the Province of Cotabato. The
study generally endeavored to determine the influence of perceived organizational politics to
quality of work life of the uniformed personnel of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in the
selected municipalities in the Province of Cotabato.

In strict observance of the COVID-19 health protocols, I will follow the health standards set by
the government to contain the spread of the virus such as frequent hand sanitizing, wearing of
face mask and shield, and maintaining social distancing. Following research ethics, I will assure
that the identities and responses of the participants with the questions that are asked in the
