NARRATIVE REPORT ON SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION

CELL (SLAC) ON DEPED MEMORANDUM NO. 14 s. 2021

In consistent with the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) as

stipulated in DepEd Order No. 012 series 2020, the Department of Education (DepED)
issued the Interim Guidelines on Preparation, Submission, and Checking of School
Forms for the School Year 2020-2021.

In this regard, the Gatang Elementary School conducted the School Learning
Action Cell (SLAC) on April 12 and April 13, 2021. There are eight (8) teachers who
participated in this SLAC with the leadership of our school head and it was done
smoothly.

Therefore, the memorandum disseminated to the teachers in the school and we

are properly informed and guided in the different amendments to be adapted in
submission and checking of forms.
