SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TRAINEE (ANSWER ALL ITEMS)

1. Accomplish the Presentation Plan

2. Trainee shall record himself/herself while reporting a 15-minute
construction progress report containing the following information:

a. Agenda / Objectives of report + Brief Self-Introduction

b. a 3-Months look-ahead schedule
c. Issues encountered on site and recommended solutions
d. Action plans
e. Actual Accomplishment versus Planned
f. Photos from the jobsite
g. Short Recap

3. Trainee shall submit a presentation plan to the assessor that will serve as
his/her guide through-out the report.

4. Trainee shall upload his/her 3-month progress report to Google Drive.

5. Trainee shall provide only the video link for this Performance Test.
Trainee shall NOT send the video itself to the assessor and/or admin.

6. Assessor shall provide feedback based on the submitted video.

7. Assessor shall assess the trainee’s performance based on criteria provided in

the Rating of Demonstration Form.
