Designation – Associate Specialist – Legal

Educational Qualification – must be appearing for final year / semester of LL.B degree from a reputed
university with good academic record. The candidate must be passing the LL.B degree latest by July –
2022 with first class or equivalent CGPA.

Initial Location – Mumbai or Pune at any of the office locations of the company (or its affliates)

Role – In-house attorney position (Level: Associate Specialist) to provide Legal support to Atos, Atos
Syntel and/or its affiliates as a member of the in-house Legal Department.

Candidate is expected to have:

 Good academic record

 Good knowledge of the law, particularly of contracts, IPR and procedure;
 Good command over English language (written and spoken);
 Good drafting skills in English; good analytical skills and right attitude to work in a large MNC
with staff from across the globe;
 Ability to work independently with various stake holder within organization for successful
closure of contracts, as well as pre and post contract legal advise;
 Ability to handle work pressure and flexibility as per the business requirement.
 Willingness to take additional responsibility (i.e., work other than those related to contracts);
 Good communication skills;
 Good research skills;
 Team player as well as individual contributor;
 Well versed with MS office and willing to use digital and computer technology.
