There was little research on the relationship between transformational


leadership and IWBs in HEIs in the Caraga Region. Thus, the researcher
prompted to conduct this study in order to help organization to boost
IWBs of the employee through engendering employee affective
commitment and concomitantly assisting key officials to acquire
