CAREER EXPLORATION
In this session, the speaker has shared 7 ways in which counsellors can ensure goo
well-being in themselves. For instance, taking care of their relationship with God,
sharing their feelings, and thinking positively.
It was surprising when the speaker told us that sometimes counsellors tend to feel
pressure after counselling sessions due to certain aspects such as failing in building
relationships with clients in the counselling session.
My thinking changes the moment the speaker told us about his experience in the
counselling session he had. I started to realize that in order to be a better counsellor,
it is important to keep on learning and practicing.
