ATMOSPHERIC CHANGE:
Climate change refery to long-term
chenger in temperatures and
weather pattenrn.
There change may be natural, but
since the 19th century, human
activities heve been the main
driver of climate change, mainly
due to the burning of fossil fuely,
such as coal, oil and gas,
which produces gases
that trap the heat.

When did climate change start?

The story of scientific discovery of

climate change began in the early 19th
century when natural changes in the
paleoclimate were first suspected and

the natural greenhouse effect was first

How many years are left to save the
planet?
According to IPCC, there are
only three years left to do
something for the future of
humanity in the face of
climate change, because if
nothing is done, the planet
will experience devastating
and irreversible
consequences.

The global temperature @tucuenta

in the future
The situation is alarming. The global
average temperature of the earth's
surface has risen almost 1 degree
since the middle of the last century due
to the excess of greenhouse effect.
And it goes further. In fact, their
studies suggest that nothing can stop
the 1.5 degree increase

Predictions
According to the report made by the
Intergovernmental Panel on Climate
Change following the Paris Climate
Summit, by 2050 we could live on a
planet two degrees Celsius more.
What are the threats of climate
change?
Heat waves, inundation, storms
and water stress are the threats
due yo climate change mostly
declared by the cities themselves, not
necessarily the most
relevant according to
scientific projections
What hav e the humans done yo
cause global warming?
And the vast majority of
scientists agree that current
warming has bieen caused
primarily by the buildup of
carbón in the atmosphere
from human activities such as
burning coal, oil and gas, and
slashing and
burning
