1. In connection with the report of losing the keys to 4 (four) Mitsubishi Xpander export units on
December 19, 2022, we apologize for the incident.
2. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk as the Terminal Operator together with PT PBM Bandar
Krida Jasindo (BKJ) as the PBM Partner handling Mitsubishi export units, has conducted an
initial investigation into the issue with the following results:
a. From the results of the investigation through a review of CCTV footage, suspicious
movements were found in the Mitsubishi Xpander storage area in Block H2 on December
16, 2022 at 19.00 - 19.30 WIB. The recording indicated that there was 1 (one) person who
entered the Mitsubishi Xpander storage area from the direction of the Volvo Truck
storage area, and carried out activities on the Mitsubishi Xpander unit. The movement is
considered illegal because it is not in accordance with the applicable procedures in the PT
Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk area, where the person walked through the bumper of
the parked unit;
b. At the same time, there was a Volvo Truck delivery process which was an imported cargo
unloaded from the Mourning Courier V. 161 which was handled by PBM Partner PT
Anugrah Permata Samudera (APS);
c. We have also requested information from several parties including PT PBM Bandar Krida
Jasindo (BKJ) and PT Anugrah Permata Samudera (APS) regarding the incident;
d. We are currently conducting further investigations related to the loss of Mitsubishi
Xpander export unit keys as corrective and preventive action for this incident.
3. To prevent this incident from happening again, PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk.
immediately took corrective and preventive actions as follows:
a. PFSO (Port Facility Security Officer) of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk. will tighten
the checks on partner workers, guests and parties entering/exiting to/from the Terminal
area and increase the intensity of the frequency of supervision of every activity in the
terminal area;
b. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk. will reposition and add CCTV to cover all stacking
areas;
c. PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk. will implement a color differentiation of safety
vests for guests, partners and IKT employees who have activities in the Terminal area;
d. PT PBM partner Bandar Krida Jasindo (BKJ) will update and socialize unit handling
procedures to the operational team in the field to always lock the unit after the unit is
parked in the storage area.
4. Thus we can convey, we sincerely hope to be able to continue to support the motor vehicle
export activities of PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia. For your attention and
