TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE RESERVATION AND USE OF CALOOCAN HIGH


SCHOOL ROSCA HALL AND COVERED COURT

PLEASE READ:
1. All reservations are requested through Mr. Allan C. Aguilar, MAPEH Department
Coordinator and in-charge of school facilities. Reservations are made at the MAPEH
Learning Hub, 2nd floor Rosca Hall.
2. Reservations are made on a first-come, first –served basis, and subject to availability of
the facility.
3. Reservations will be held for a maximum of 7 days. Any reservations not confirmed
within 5 days, will be forfeited without further notice.
4. All activities have appropriate adult supervision. The requesting party/user agrees and
will be responsible for any damage to the facility by the user or the user’s agents,
assigns or participants in any activity sponsored, controlled or organized by the user, or
for activities over which the user has control or for which purpose the space is used.
5. If the requesting party/user violates any of the covenants of this agreement, the
Principal of the Caloocan High School or his/her designee may, without notice the
requesting party, terminate the agreement and retake possession of the premises.
6. No alterations to be made to school property without the written consent of the school
principal or his/her designee. At the permission and prior approval of the principal, the
requesting party may be allowed to rearrange furniture in the school facility. The
requesting party must return any moved furniture to its proper location.
7. The requesting party/user is responsible for the removal of all supplies and materials
used in conjunction with the event immediately upon its end. Those items not removed
within 24hrs after the event date shall disposed of by the school at the expense of the
user. The school shall assume no responsibility for this items before, during or after the
event.

8. The requesting party/user agrees to pay costs of repair or replacement for damages
which may have occurred during the term of this agreement in order to restore the used
space or other parts of the campus affected by the event at a condition equal to that
prior to that event.
9. The Caloocan High School reserves the right to impose any additional rules or
regulations or to set special use arrangement, whether or not expressly provided herein,
which may be necessary for the interest of the school , and such regulations shall be
binding upon the .
10. No eating or drinking will be allowed except where provisions are made for such
activities in advance. In addition, no portable cooking devices fueled by charcoal,
propane gas, or powered by any other means may be used without the prior consent of
the principal. Absolutely no food or drink of any kind is allowed in the Rosca Hall.
11. The requesting party/user shall not injure or deface the premises or any equipment
therein. The user shall not drive any nails, hooks tacks or screws into any part of the
building, nor make any alterations of any kind to said facility. This extends to the stage;
there will be no screw, nails, tacks or hooks driven into the stage floor.

High School Rosca Hall.
