    1. An 8D report was created to address an issue of imprecise UV spotting that occurred on January 26, 2023 during production of gift boxes for OPPO where 11 out of 50 boxes were rejected. 2. The team investigated and found the root cause to be that the screen position was not precise with the UV film pattern. Corrective actions taken included repositioning the screen and pattern film and adding markers to the layout. 3. Verification steps included spot checking by leaders and supervisors to ensure the problem was resolved and preventive measures such as ongoing operator training and validation checks were put in place.
