    SUBJECT : SUBMISSION OF UPDATED ACCOMPLISHMENT


    REPORT ON TREE REPLACEMENT OF AFFECTED
    TREES BY ROAD OPENING/WIDENING PROJECTS
    OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND
    HIGHWAYS (DPWH) WITH TREE CUTTING
    PERMIT

    This is to follow-up our previous instruction on the above subject as contained in the
    Memorandum dated September 7, 2020 (copy attached for reference).

    In connection thereto, you are directed to submit to this Office an updated report on the
    matter using the attached matrix. This is to determine of DPWH’s adherence to DENR
    Memorandum Order No. 2012-02 “Uniform Replacement Ratio for Cut or Relocated
    Trees” under your area of jurisdiction.

    For compliance not later than November 16, 2020.
