    This has reference to our recorded forest fire incidents repeatedly occurring within our
    Region caused by human activities and other forms of natural phenomena.

    Upon thorough scrutiny of your submitted fire incidents report to this Office, it has been
    observed that the map data//information of these affected areas are not reflected essential in
    determining the frequency of fire occurrence and considered as fire prone areas.
