One morning you see a sign stating that is will be turned into a
shopping centre. Write a letter of protest against the planned construction supporting your
protest.

Highly esteemed local government,

I felt compelled to write and convey my disappointment to you as regards the construction of
a new shopping centre. I would like to express my opposition concerning this intention
because it disturbs the local people by making the nearly residential area become a
construction side. In addition, the park provides them with a perfect opportunity to spend
their spare time in nature and permits a place to relax and take pleasure in other people` s
company. The fact that the building process has a bad impact on the environment is just a
drop in the ocean. We need to be assured of your support and we anticipate that the local
government will take steps in order to eliminate this local issue.
