Nowadays there are many shelters with homeless animals and also many good people who

want to give them home. But not everyone can bring around the animal to house because
they are not qualified enough to do so. There is no agreement to take a pet without a visit of
declarative commission.
There is no doubt that this is good because the previous owner of a pet is sure that their
favourite will be treated well and will not be used for inappropriate purposes.
In addition to this, people usually want to take more than one animal which is associated
with bigger responsibility. So another benefit is that the commission can confirm their mind
and preparation of house or flat.
On the other hand, takes whole process takes a long time. Somebody may decide not to take
the animal from shelter because they are discouraged by the number of documents and
conditions that are needed. Moreover, more and more animals come to the shelter and the
place is diminishing. In my opinion, animals would have better conditions in anybody’s house
who decided to take them than in shelter.
In conclusion, many people want to take the animal from shelter but they do not have
adequate conditions. I suppose that more pets could have caring owners but the process of
taking them from shelters is too complicated.
