REOPENING OF SCHOoLS-GUIDELINES TO STUDENTS AND PARENTS

Dear Students & Parents,

Greetings from Indian School Muscat!

As per the guidelines of MoE, the school will reopen for Classes I to VIl in the month of January
2022 as per the following schedule.

Students of Class VIlI will have physical classes on all 5 days from Sunday to Thursday and
Classes I to VII will have hybrid mode of classes as per the table shown below. The revised timetable
for the online classes will be shared in the Google classroom/ Moodle.

An orientation on School reopening will be held

virtually in Zoom platform on the following days.
All the students with their parents are requested to attend the same. The meeting credentials will be
shared with you on the day of the orientation. Please join the session with the studene's full name
and GR Number 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

GUIDELINES FOR SAFETY

All the students are requested to follow the guidelines given below for their safety.

Students should have taken at least one dose of vaccination and a copy of the certificate
should have been uploaded in the Google form. If not, please upload it in the Google form or
send it to the Class Teacher latest by 30th December 2021(Only for Students of Class VII).
Students need to come in complete school uniform.
They should wear the mask at all times and should maintain social distancing An extra mask
should be kept in the bag at all times.
They should carry a small bottle of sanitizerwith them.
Entry and exit will be through B block Main & back gates only (For Classes II to VIll). Classes
&II will be held in Jibroo Campus.
Snacks / breakfast and water bottle should be brought everyday (School canteen will not be
operational). They should bring sufficient water to drink.
Students should carry their own stationery items to school.
Students should be refrained from coming to School if any symptom of illness is observed.
Parents should make transport arrangements for dropping and picking their wards.
Parents are not allowed to enter the school premises in the B Block through front or back
gate.

 They are advised to follow the rules of the land while coming to school and at the time of
dispersal.
The students are allowed to use the sanitizers
kept on the corridors.
They should not touch the banisters while moving up and down the staircase.
If the student feels unwell, he/she should report immediately to the teacher in the class/
nurse.
They are advised to use the washroom one at a time and wash their hands well after the use.
They should not go anywhere else in the campus.
They should not assemble outside the school before
or after the school. They should disperse
immediately after the school hours.
No mobile phone should be
brought to school. School phones can be used in case of
emergency.
Students should always remember that their
safety is their responsibility.
