After traction rope installation between car and counterweight, we can't anymore use the elevation tool to
continue the installation works.

For this reason, the BIONIC control includes an installation travel to permits electrical car displacements.

Main characteristics of this special travelling mode are:

Simplicity: Only ECU, ADDU, Traction gear and Travelling cable are used
Car movements are controlled by the ADDU inspection panel
It uses the FA motor coil (1U-1V-1W) -even on A C N elevators-
* JHC. KBV and KF contacts (at least) must be actives on the safety chain
THMH is active and controlled by software
The whole car door subsystem is ignored
KS and KSE signals are ignored

Gear installed, including anti-overturning screws and traction sheave protection
Traction ropes installed between Car and Counterweight
Car & counterweight buffers installed and fixed to the pit
Overspeed governor and safety gear installed and ready for use

WARNING! If the car is not totally assembled (typically: no wall panels, no door operator, no dc
panels, no mirror...), put into the counterweight only 3/4 of the filling material. Otherwise, traction ro,
slippage problems can appear

1-2-ELECTRICAL REQUISITES

ECU box module definitely fixed


ADDU car module fixed on the car roof
a Travelling cable installed and fixed between ECU and ADDU, not yet plugged
a III+N+PE mains supply available (Not yet connected to JFIS)

2.1 -WIRING ON GEAR AREA
WARNING! Check the main switches and protections are switched off in order to prevent electrical
risk!

2.1 -1-FA traction

-Connect the FA motor coil (1U-1V-1W) to the SFA main contactor (1-3-5)

2.1.2-ACVF traction

-Connect the FA motor coil (1U-1V-1W) to the SH main contactor (1-3-5)


-Bridge XFCL[l] to XFCL[2] on SMCCFC print

2.1.2-ACVF traction with SEM Smart Evacuation Module

-Connect the FA motor coil (IU-1V-1W) to the SH main contactor (1-3-5)


-Bridge XFCL[1] to XFCL[2] on SMCCFC print

Wire the MVE fan (if it exist) according to the electrical diagrams

, Verify all the fuses included on the main SMlC main print:

FIA-HB 250V - Safety chain 110V AC


F2'5A-LB 250V - P01 24V DC
T1'6A-LB 250V - Brake supply 205V DC

a Plug the KBV wire on the XKBV socket

a Plug the following travelling cable connectors on the SMlC
