This purpose of this study is todeterminethe relationship between learning styles with
unimodal, bimodal, trimodal, and quadmodal student chemistry learning outcomes. The
research subjects were 160 students of class XI IPA SMAN 4 South Tangerang. The research was
conducted because each student has a different learning style and affects learning outcomes.
The learning style used is VARK (Visual, Audio, Read and Kinesthetic). Based on the results of
the reliminary analysis, students do not know their learning styles and there are still many
students who have chemistry learning outcomes below the Minimum Completeness
Criteria (KKM). The research method used is a correlational method with a cross
sectional approach. Data were collected by using questionnaires and documentation
techniques. Before the questionnaire was given to students, the validity and reliability were
tested. The results of bivariate analysis using the contingency correlation test obtained p-value
<0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between learning styles and
chemistry learning outcomes for students of class XI MIPA SMAN 4 South Tangerang. The
results of the univariate analysis showed that the most common learning styles were
quadmodal (Visual, Audio, Read and Kinesthetic) 54 students (34%), unimodal 37 students
(23%), trimodal 36 students (22%) and bimodal 33 students (21%). The results of learning
chemistry obtained low scores as many as 89 students and high scores as many as 71 students.

α = 0,05 (uji non-parametrik) diperoleh bahwa H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hal tersebut
menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh media virtual labs berbasis problem based learning (PBL)
terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 1 Jeneponto pada materi pokok
larutan titrasi asam basa.
α = 0,05 (non-parametrik test) obtained that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. It shows that
there is an influence of using virtual labs media in problem based learning (PBL) model toward
students learning outcomes in class XI MIA SMA Negeri 1 Jeneponto study on acid base

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya teknologi fasilitas pembelajaran yang
berbasiskan pada mahasiswa mata pelajaran Kimia. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui validitas dan
kepraktisan media yang dirancang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas XI MIPA 6 SMA
Negeri 1 Pekanbaru Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020, berjumlah 12 siswa. Penelitian ini
merupakan Penelitian dan Pengembangan dengan model modifikasi Borg and Gall. Teknik
pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Produk
akhir berupa media pembelajaran yang sudah valid. Buku Elektronik berbasis POE (Prediksi,
Observasi, dan Penjelasan) tentang Laju Reaksi mata pelajaran telah diujicobakan oleh ahli
media dan materi dengan rata-rata persentase 90,13% (sangat valid), dan praktik oleh 2 guru
matapelajaran Kimia dan 12 siswa dengan persentase rata-rata 91,41% (sangat valid).
Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Buku Elektronik berbasis POE pada materi
Laju Reaksi sudah valid dan praktis, sehingga tahap selanjutnya dapat diuji.
