The picture depicts that the population is being carried by the government since many
family only rely on what the government will provide them. This shows how incompetent and
uneducated Filipinos are. There’s one philosopher that said that “smart people are the only ones that
must reproduce, people with low IQ should not be given a chance to reproduce” and I think it made
sense. Only people that can provide a family are the only ones that should reproduce to have better
progress and less heave for the government. As the population grows, the government should also make
more money and sometimes they end up having debts and it affects the whole aspect of the country.
Government should implement programs and policies regarding this issue. In my perspective, the RH bill
must be a law already because teenage pregnancy is a big concern nowadays. Also sex education is
something that should be taught at school. Sure it is a huge matter for the elderly since Philippines is a
Catholic country, however the concern is getting bigger as time passes and the children of the young
parents as well as the parents of the teenagers are the ones that suffer. The ending is always relied to
the government. Parents will only wait until the money is given to them because most of the parents are
unemployed. Unemployment is always linked to the uprising population. Jobs should also be given to
the people, the qualifications should be lowered since there are many people that are competent but
did not get a chance to finish their studies for some reasons. There are many reasons why the
population is getting bigger such as; irresponsibility, undisciplined, uneducated. Those lacking people are
the ones who always reproduce not thinking about the consequences after. The government is the
major people that suffer at the end.
