3. Mention the preparation of conducting a meeting. (This question is worth 25 points)

ANSWER:

 Identify the need for meetings and who should attend

 Decide on the style of the meeting and level of formality required according to
meeting purpose, occasion, nature of participants and enterprise procedures
 Make arrangements for the meeting in accordance with organisational
requirements and within designated timelines.

4. Write down an 100 word essay about a technology you like. You can be more specific,
for example: writing about a mobile phone, a car, etc. (This question is worth 25)

ANSWER:

first launched in the 1880s and they were very popular in the late 19th and 20th centuries.
The development and innovation of the internal combustion engine (ICE) and the
subsequent mass production of cheaper gasoline vehicles led to the decline electric car use.
The development of energy storage system technology, especially battery technology, has
made the use of electric cars popular again recently. E-mobility (Electro Mobiliy) is a
general term for the development of electric-powered transportation to switch from the use
of fossil fuels and to reduce carbon emissions. The main advantage of this e-mobility is its
high efficiency with low carbon emissions.
