priority. While on floating status, we would like you to be as connected as possible to ensure that you will
not miss any of the opportunities available to you. This document aims to provide you with helpful
information to guide you while you are on floating status.

RE-PROFILING
Your re-profiling will begin as soon as your floating status is effective. Please refer to the Notice of
Redeployment served to you by the HR Department for the effective date. Our Recruitment Team will
reach out to you and can provide you with the list of openings for all Teleperformance sites!
Please be reminded to update your CCMS contact details as soon as possible. If you are offsite, you may
call our TPLink hotline #8353 to request update your contact number or inquire about the status of your

PTO DURING FLOATING STATUS
You may opt to use your PTO during floating status by filing your request thru TPLink. If you are onsite,
log on to TPLink and then select category “PTO Request for Floaters” with the correct entity. The same
can be submitted by calling our TPLink hotline #8353. Your request will be based on the available credits
at the time of utilization
HMO
You will continue to enjoy this benefit. If you have dependents enrolled under you, their account/s will
remain active too. Deductions will continue as long as you are accruing salaries thru PTO. If your floating
status is already unpaid, deductions will commence upon successful re-profiling. To avail of the Maxicare

Government Loans
You can apply for an SSS loan via sss.gov.ph. Eligibility is at least 36 months posted contributions with
latest 6 months posted contributions. After logging in, select “E-Services” and then select “Apply for
Salary Loan” from the drop down list. A confirmation message will appear to signify successful
submission.
Pag-ibig Multi-purpose can be filed via virtual Pag-ibig by logging on www.pagibigfund.gov.ph. To qualify,
you must have at least 24 months posted contributions with at least one Membership Savings
contribution within the last six months prior to the date of the loan application. You must fill out an online
application form with copy of 1 valid ID, Pag-ibig Loyalty Card or Landbank cash card, and applicant's
photo with the cash card and valid ID.

Salaries, 13th month pay and other bonuses/incentives
The salary you earned prior floating will be credited following the regular payout schedule.. You can continue
earning salaries by using your available PTO credits. If unpaid, there will be no statutory government
deductions. Other bonuses and incentives, if eligible, will be credited following the PIF process. You may reach
out to your previous supervisor and manager for the date of crediting. 13th month pay is paid in two portions
every year. Please refer to the standard communication being released for the 13th month pay schedule. Please
take note that 13th month pay calculation is based on base salaries earned throughout the year and will be
prorated depending on the number of unpaid days.
