Im a Mental Health/Customer Service representative who acts as a concierge that provides online
resources and answer inquiries to patients who are suffering from memtal health illnesses and
disorders.
Im a Tech Support who processes refund and replacements of Samsung mobile phones. I also do
phone to phone troubleshoot and I also use remote devices for complex troubleshooting.
I'm a healthcare provider who communicates with medical providers (e.g. nurses, doctors,
specialist etc.) regarding about their patients benefit insurance plan packages. Interpreting and
analyzing summaries. Resolving claim, benefit and enrollment issues.
