Responsible for the supervision and management of over 30 college staff and additional
community vendors.
Responsible for increased revenue and program expenses through multiple budget lines.
Partnered with local businesses and organizations to maximize student attainment.
Increased department's marketing through web development, social media exposure, cross-
campus collaboration, and community outreach.
Expanded non-credit professional development and career training online classes and
increased enrollment by 85 percent and revenue by 120 percent.
Began implementing third-party funding for the career training online classes in partnership
with Kansas Vocational Rehabilitation and Workforce Partnership.
Organized a safe Kids on Campus summer camp program in collaboration with a local
nonprofit and the housing authority to provide the disadvantaged community youth a

Shifted the 2020 summer camp program to a virtual camp platform during the pandemic in

Restructured the GED in Spanish program to a virtual learning platform introducing an

In Response to Intervention, managed a math tutoring group to assess students learning and
academic progression while establishing weekly performance evaluations for parents to note and
conduct at-home practice.

enclosures or designated teaching areas.

exceeding expectations, meeting basic health and safety standards provided for the animals
