To Capital One-

On Jan 7, 2023 I was supposed to receive my package. Tracking states that it was
"Delivered, Left with Individual". Neither I nor my family received this package.
It was supposed to be "Signature Delivery" as I was concerned bc of prior wrong
deliveries.
My address is 1393 N Carriage. One block away and parrallel to my duplex is an
identical duplex numbered 1393 Carlsbad (both 8 letters beginning with "Car") and I
receive mail for them at least once a month or more, and tehy receive mine as well.

This is likely where my package was "delivered".

I paid extra for "Signature Confirmation" on delivery to avoid this as Ive had
problems in the past. There is also a 1393 Carriage in the neighboring town and it
once receieved a package of mine as well.
I initiated a dispute same day (you have full log of that ebay dispute from the
merchant) as well as a missing mail search. The dispute was denied bc of the
tracking number saying "Left with Individual". \
Then the missing mail search says it "found" my package was signed for by "K
Bledsoe" and delivered. Umm, no. no it wasnt. Or it was signed for by a neighbor or
something.

Included is my signature, as well as my dad's - Neither of us received this package

and still DISPUTE these charges. Also includedd is K Bledsoe's ID which matches his
signature here.

I guarantee you that whatever USPS has that they claim is K Bledsoe's signature
won't match his actual signature, as he never signed for it.
