Tell me something about your self:

I'm Bea Ericka C. Mangulabnan from San Manuel Tarlac, 18 years old, I Graduated Senior Highschool/ a
university student. During my leisure time I am reading book, playing online games also watching anime
and studying how to read and write in Japanese Language. Even though I don`t have any experience yet I
believe that my skills are capable for this job. I am the type of person who is very patient i`m also a fast
learner and very friendly to everyone I meet

Why do you want to work in our company? Why did you apply here @ Kayeye?

Well I heard a lot of good things in your company but one that interests me the most your assent
program where you accept 18 years old applicants with no experience and a highschool graduate and I
think that's very impressive for any ESL company and I think you place high importance on learning and
growth and I think that its not something that one can easily find in any ESL company so I definitely want
to be part of your company because of that.
Why is it beneficial to me?

Well I know that it will sharpen my communication skills that is a huge bless to anyone because
wherever you go, a great communication skill in something that will always be useful to you and I think I
can achieve that by joining this industry.

A lot says that it is a tmdead end job do you agree?

No, absolutely not. This job has disadvantages just like any other but I don't think that it is a dead end
job because everything has a progress.

What is your strenth and weaknesses?

One of my greast strenth is my ability to get along with different types of personalities. I am a people
person with great communication skills. Working as a english tutor, I am expecting that i`ll spend most
of my working hours talking to different types of person. i believe that my skills are best fit for the job.

my biggest weakness is working too much and not knowing when to stop. I would render too much over
time that result negative effect to my health and this cause me poor performance on my work. That`s
why I am working on a work-life balance and focusing on taking care of my health for a better work
performance.

How do you see your self 5years from now?

It is hard to tell and I don't wanna sound too ambitious but I would love to be in a higher position where
I can specialize in one area and then I can use that skill to impact the company positively as to what the
expertise is I am not sure I cannot really tell for now but I definitely see my self in the kayeye industry
five years from now.

Task of a call center agent:

Well based on my research because I have done a lot or research on this call center agents talk to
customers about products and services it could be inbound where the customers are calling the call
cents the agents to ask for help about something. And also I know that being a call center agent is not an
easy job that's all I know.

I do not shy away from irate customers I never shy away from them even if it's uncomfortable and I have
the mental strength to do it.

How did you know about Kayeye?

Well as I was looking for an ESL company to apply on, I post on a facebook group where there are many
ESL tutors. until there is someone who is also teaching in this company messaged me to try to apply in
your company so I did.

If you got accepted, where do you see yourself?

If I ever got accepted in this company I can see myself working for two to four years

If you have a super power what would it be?

I wish I could have the power to read the people`s mind because I think it would be helpful when I teach
because I can read students mind wether their answers would be right or wrong or they would be doing
good or bad.

What is your expectation in the company?

Of course I expect to teach Japanese students and I also expect to teach from young students to more
advanced learners.

What would you feel if you receive complaint from your student?

Of course I will be sad but not necessarily mad at the person who give me a complaint because I cannot
please everybody you know as a teacher I know I did my job I know that the student is learning so it
doesn`t matter if I get a complaint or what.

What would you do so you will ever receive a complain again?

All right of course I do my best teaching I apply you know the rules in teaching the strategies in teaching
so that I would never get another complaint.

What would you do if the student wants to talk about a topic that is not related to the lesson?

Well for me I will handle the situation I`ll go with the flow I`ll talk about it a little bit and then use the
topic to dive related to the lesson, so it would be professional because it would be rude if you would
stop them.

How will you handle change in your workplace?

First, I will handle it you know I`ll just go with the flow because I will learn how to adapt in this company
I will learn and I will attend trainings if there are, so that’s a create way to handle changes its a new
environment
